NSC Posting is an internal tool operated by The Natural Sapphire Company ("NSC", "we") that lets our authorised social media staff schedule and publish videos to the company's own brand accounts (Natural Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald and Gemstone) on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest. It is not offered to the public.

Information we collect

Staff accounts: name, work email, role, a salted password hash, and sign-in times.
Connected social accounts: when an NSC administrator connects a company brand account, we store the platform account ID, display name, granted permissions and an access or refresh token. Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Content: the videos, captions, schedules and post settings our staff create, plus the post IDs and status returned by each platform.
Activity log: who created, edited, approved, rejected or published each post, and when.

We do not collect information about the followers or viewers of our accounts, and we do not use platform data for advertising, profiling or sale.

How we use it

Only to schedule, review, approve and publish NSC's own content to NSC's own accounts, to show staff the result, and to keep a record for security and accountability. Every post is approved by an authorised NSC staff member before it is published.

Sharing

Content is sent only to the platform a post targets (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube or Pinterest), under that platform's terms. The service is hosted on Cloudflare (Pages, D1, R2/KV), which processes data on our behalf. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.

Retention

Videos are deleted from our storage when a post is deleted. Connection tokens are removed immediately when an account is disconnected. Posts and logs are kept while needed for business records and then deleted.

Security

Access requires an individual staff login. Roles limit who can approve posts and manage accounts. Secrets are stored as encrypted platform secrets and never in source code.
